The Fairy Shop
If you walk down to the garden
Until you reach the twisted tree
Look around very carefully
Something magical youll see.
A tiny fairy shop,
Thats a pleasure to behold
Full of little fairy treasurers
Sparkling silver and precious gold.
Fairy cups and saucers
Plates and teapots too
Dainty fairy glasses
Sparkling like the dew.
A fairy will come to serve you,
The treasure of your choice,
And the sweet music you will hear
Is the sunlight in her voice.
Take care of your treasure
For its made from soft moonbeams
Keep it with you when you sleep
And youll have the sweetest dreams.

A Fairy Song
A tiny fairy was singing a song
She sang so sweetly all day long
Her song was of flowers, birds and trees
Butterflies, and honey bees.
Her little heart was full of joy
As she sang of her love for a fairy boy
He heard her song across the dell
That haunting voice he knew so well.
He came to her in the fading light
She went into his arms, a delightful sight
Together they walked, hand in hand
To that place of beauty, fairyland.

Sunshine Fairy
Have you seen the sunshine fairy
What a sight to behold
Hair the colour of buttermilk
Daintily dressed in gold.
She glistens like the sunlight
On a summers day in June
Happily flying from tree to tree
Singing a beautiful tune.
She sprinkles gold on the buttercups
And paints the dainty primrose,
Stopping to brush some golden dust
From the tip of her cute little nose.
If you by chance should see her
On a lovely sunny day,
Please be careful not to touch,
For she may melt away.
