I woke up one morning just before dawn
The sun was beginning to rise
As I turned my head on my pillow
I could'nt believe my eyes.
For there at the bottom of my bed
Was a fairy brushing her hair
It shone like silver in the morning light
The fragrance of her filled the air.
As she finished she fluttered her wings
She was no more than four inches high
Flying across to my window sill
She paused and looked out at the sky.
She turned to me and blew me a kiss
I touched my cheek to feel
Then in a moment she was gone,
Did I dream it, or had she been real.

TheBeauty In My Garden

Theres a beautiful rose in my garden
A source of pleasure and joy to me
For living inside this lovely flower
Is a fairy named Tiffany.
Her delicate beauty is so rare
I compare it to the rose
How priviledged to have these two
In my garden, where I repose.
Her smile is like the summer sun
Her laugh like soft falling rain
How wonderful to listen
When she sings her haunting refrain.
Oh lovely rose, bloom forever
To shelter your precious guest
So I may sit in the garden
And know I am fairy blessed.

So Cute

Tiny fairy hes so cute
Dressed in sparkling silver suit
How I wish I could be
Just as dainty and nimble as he.
He flutters lightly from flower to tree
Always busy as a bee
Darting here and there so fast
Hardly seen as he flies past.
A happy look on his face
Contented, he knows his place
As he passes close to me
Is he worried, no not he.
